Campus Ambassador at Mount Allison University
Class of 2021
Hometown: New Brunswick, Canada
Get outside of your comfort zone! University is the perfect place to pick up a sport you've always wanted to play or join a club you've been interested in. Don't be afraid to put yourself out there and try new stuff. Second most important advice: get a calendar! Organization is key, especially when you have lots of labs and midterms to prepare for.
I love going on runs and biking around town on summer evenings. Silver lake is a great spot to spend the day at the beach and go swimming with friends. The more you get to know the town, the more hidden gems you find!
I have some family and friends that graduated from Mount A and they all recommended that I check it out. I eventually decided to come because of the small class sizes and campus.
Getting to spend the summer doing physics research in Germany. I did the research with a prof from the physics department and I got to work at a particle accelerator for a few months. It was an amazing experience, to say the least!
