Favourite Mount A memory (so far)...

I love Orientation week! As a first year, my favourite parts were BBQ Karaoke and Headphone Disco (AMAZING – best events to have fun and make friends at). As a second year and a member of the crew responsible for putting on the events, I loved meeting people at these events and helping new students settle in and explore Mount A and Sackville!

Advice I would give to incoming students...

Make the most of the opportunities here! Get to know the peers, profs, and staff around you, join that club that piques your interest, and don’t be afraid to ask for help. There’s so many people here who want to know you and help you succeed – so let them!

How have I changed since coming to Mount A...

I’ve made incredible connections here at Mount A and discovered new passions (new Psych major over here!) I’ve learned to face new challenges (if it scares you, it might be something you should pursue!). I’ve grown to love Sackville and the people here, but I’ve also learned to appreciate my hometown and family more.

I chose Mount A because...

Small universities do it better! I love the connected community at Mount A and in Sackville, and the many opportunities it provides. It also has a beautiful campus and wonderful people working here!
