Favourite Mount A memory (so far)...

The debate road trips! I love traveling with my fellow teammates and representing Mount A at different schools across Canada! We always have great bonding moments in the car.

I chose Mount A because...

It is such a welcoming community! I left home at the age of 13 to attend boarding school and when I was looking for my future university, I really wanted to know that I would feel at home over there as a student. Mount A was the perfect choice! My professors are not only great teachers, but they are also my friends and mentors who always offer me constant support. I have also made so many great friends and I never felt left out.

Advice I would give to incoming students...

Never be afraid to ask for help! Your professors are always there for you. Please don’t be afraid to attend their office hours, the TAs’ extra help sessions, and seek out for tutors if you are struggling at school! The faculties truly want to see us succeed and I would not have been at where I am today without them.

How have I changed since coming to Mount A...

I have definitely became more confident! Being a campus ambassador has given me a lot of opportunities to showcase my school and my personality.
